Data Deletion

You are in control of your data. Here is how to delete it, or to stop LeadsSetu from accessing your Meta account.

Option 1 — Delete your LeadsSetu account and all data

1. Email support@leadssetu.com from your registered account email, or WhatsApp us on +91 99963 66075, with the subject "Delete my LeadsSetu data" and your business name.
2. We confirm the request with you, then delete your account within 30 days (usually much sooner).
3. You get a confirmation once it is done.

What is deleted: your account and team logins, all leads, WhatsApp messages, follow-ups, pipeline history, admissions/bookings, products and statuses, and your stored Meta connection and access tokens. What may be kept: billing records, only for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires.

Option 2 — Disconnect Meta, but keep your account

Sign in, go to Settings → Connect Meta → Disconnect. This immediately deletes the access tokens we hold for your Facebook, WhatsApp and ad accounts, so LeadsSetu can no longer read from or send to them.

Option 3 — Remove LeadsSetu from Facebook

On Facebook go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, find LeadsSetu and choose Remove. Meta then revokes our access straight away.

Deleting a single lead

If one of your customers asks you to remove their information, open the lead in your pipeline and delete it (account owners and team members with the "Delete leads" permission can do this).
