These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of LeadsSetu. By creating an account, you agree to them. Business address: LeadsSetu, 584, Sector 33, Hisar, Haryana, India.
LeadsSetu is a lead-management software service, sold as prepaid access, that connects with Meta Lead Ads, the WhatsApp Business Platform and the Meta Conversions API, so you can capture leads from your ads and WhatsApp, track them through a pipeline, follow them up, and report outcomes back to Meta.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for everything done under your account, including by team members you add.
New accounts get a 7-day free trial, limited to one trial per business and per mobile number; no payment is taken during the trial. After the trial, continued access needs a paid plan, bought as a one-time payment for 1 month or 12 months. You can pay online where available, or by UPI or bank transfer; the access is added once we confirm the payment. There is no subscription: we never charge automatically, never store your card, and nothing renews by itself. Buying again while your access is running adds the new period after your current end date. Shortly before access ends we may email you a reminder. If it ends without a new purchase, access pauses (your data is kept). Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are final (LeadsSetu is not registered for GST, so no GST is added). They are shown on our pricing page and may change for future purchases with notice.
You agree to use LeadsSetu lawfully, to follow WhatsApp and Meta policies, to message only people who have contacted you or agreed to be contacted, and not to store or process data you have no right to collect. We may suspend accounts that put the platform or other customers at risk.
LeadsSetu connects to Meta and WhatsApp with your authorization. These integrations depend on Meta's platforms, permissions and policies, which we do not control and which can change. We are not responsible for outages, limits or policy decisions on Meta's side.
Your leads and business data belong to you. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data on request.
You may stop using LeadsSetu at any time. Nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel; see our Refund Policy. We may end the service for a customer who breaks these terms.
LeadsSetu is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost leads or revenue caused by third-party platform outages or by how your ads perform.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
