These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of LeadsSetu. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
LeadsSetu is a subscription lead-management platform that integrates with WhatsApp Business Platform and Meta Ads to help you capture, track and follow up with leads.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. No payment is collected during the trial. After the trial, continued access requires an active paid subscription, billed monthly or yearly depending on the plan you choose. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
You agree not to use LeadsSetu to send unsolicited messages in violation of WhatsApp's or Meta's policies, or applicable law, and not to misuse the platform to store or process data you do not have the right to collect.
LeadsSetu connects to Meta/WhatsApp on your authorization. Availability of these integrations depends on Meta's platforms and policies, which are outside our control.
LeadsSetu is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of leads or revenue arising from third-party platform outages.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at the location of our registered office.
