LeadsSetu is a software service that you use online. We do not ship any physical goods, so there is no courier, no shipping address and no delivery charge.
Your 7-day free trial starts immediately after you sign up. No payment is taken.
Once your payment is confirmed, the plan and period you bought (1 month or 12 months) are added to your account digitally, with no waiting for a delivery. If you pay online, this normally happens within a few minutes. If you pay by UPI or bank transfer, we add it after we confirm the payment, usually within 1 business day.
You can see your plan and the date your access runs until on the Billing page after you log in, and the payment appears in your billing history.
If your paid access has not appeared within 1 business day of a successful payment, email support@leadssetu.com or WhatsApp us on +91 99963 66075 with your payment reference. We will fix it or refund you as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
